The Basics of Belly Dance Workshop held at North Bay Kung Fu and Karate in Sonoma, California (721 W. Napa St). This is a great opportunity for new dancers to lay a strong foundation, and continuing dancers to perfect their technique. This workshop will incluce a warmup, technique practice, combinations, and a short choreography. Cost is $15 in advance, $20 at the door. To pre-register see NBKF&K's pro-shop.

"Egyptian-Cabaret Choreography Workshop" @ The Sonoma Park Point Health Club (19111 Sonoma Hwy in Maxwell Village Shopping Center). This workshop will be entirely focused on a piece of choreography that reflects the technique found in Egyptian and Cabaret Belly Dance. Fun and playful with plenty of sensuality, this choreography will leave you inspired. All levels welcome. Cost: Members-$15 in advance, $20 at the door, Non-members-$20 in advance, $25 at the door.
